Because of the intimate and personal nature of the items we sell we do not accept returns. .
Consult product descriptions/dimensions closely before purchase and contact us if you have any questions.

We offer a 30 day manufacturer defect guarantee

If your product arrives and is damaged or exhibiting a manufacturer defect, we will replace it with the same or equivalent item for free
If an item stops working or breaks after this 30 day window, contact the manufacturer directly

How long will it take for Wild Hare Intimates to ship my order?

Usually within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Some items require additional processing time. (this will always be noted in the item description)
Paid-shipping is available for expedited service.
Orders will be shipped in the order they came in.
If orders are damaged or lost in route by one of our shipping partners, Wild Hare Intimates will replace it ASAP at no extra charge. Contact us at info@wildhareintimates.com to make re-shipping arrangements

Expedited Orders include shipping via the following services:

USPS EXPRESS MAIL, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air only.
Shipping costs for these services are calculated by parcel weight and service. Shipping costs are calculated PRIOR to final purchase for customer convenience.
